GOLFJOY Overseas Warranty Policy

Scope: Applies to GOLFJOY products and accessories sold outside of Mainland China.

 

Technical Support

Support: Available via email, video conference by appointment, or remote desktop by appointment. First response will be within 24 working hours.

 

Warranty Coverage

1. Duration:

a. Overhead Launch Monitor: 1 year

b. Portable Launch Monitor: 1 year

c. Supporting Hardware Components: 1 year

2. Start Date: Warranty begins from the product purchase date.

3. Coverage: Free replacement for defects not caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Replacements: Covered for the remaining original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

 

Return Authorization Policy

1. Authorization Required: All returns or repairs require an RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization) number. To receive an RMA number, reach out to customer service. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

2. Turnaround Time: Returned items will be inspected within 5 working days; if stock is available, replacements will ship within 48 hours.

 

Service Fees

1. Within Warranty: Free replacement. Shipping costs are covered by GOLFJOY unless otherwise communicated.

2. Out of Warranty: Customer pays for parts, labor, and shipping.

3. Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, improper transport, or unauthorized disassembly/modification is not covered by warranty.

4. RMA Process: Submit an application via GOLFJOY’s official regional websites. After review, an RMA number will be issued.

 

Consumables and Replacements

1. Hitting Mat: Default to manufacturer’s warranty.

2. Impact Screen: Default to manufacturer’s warranty.

3. Replacement Warranty: Covered for 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

 

Software and Subscriptions

1. Software Warranty: Provided “as is” and not covered under hardware warranty.

2. Updates & Services: Software updates, subscriptions, and cloud services are defined separately.

3. Data Responsibility: Customers are responsible for backing up their own data. GOLFJOY is not liable for data loss.

 

Limitation of Liability

1. GOLFJOY is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.

2. This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights.

3. In case of conflict, local laws apply.

 

GOLFJOY reserves the right to amend or update this warranty policy at any time, without prior notice. However, the warranty terms in effect at the time of your purchase shall apply to your product for the duration of the applicable warranty period.
